Navigation would be quicker too. (but this is not necessary, the above is main point)

And would be great if the notification come to desktop too, like some (support) live chat softwares.

Thanks for your advice. Would be great if it's elaborated. (other than server usage because my website is small, if I'm serious, I'll purchase a 2GB RAM VPS and it should be fine)
