Well I don't know if this is the correct area for this, if not, move it no problem.-
About the problem, it's when you share a post in Facebook for example, with a share button or put in the URL in Facebook, sometimes appears the attachment in the image of the URL, and sometimes not, only appears the website logo or the avatar of the first user.-

But with old themes always load the attachment image or you can select it.-
