1) Make bans sortable.  This helps tremendously on large forums.  Right now it is by ban lift date.  If two or more users have the same ban lift date, I'm not certain if it actually will group by the primary key of the mybb_bans table or not.

2) Make bans searchable.

Primary key are the primary way of sorting if the sort by key value is duplicated IIRC.

The banning page should have a filter tool box just like the warning logs page.
