Don't you mean 1.2.3? If then, yes. Go to http://mods.mybboard.com/themes.php
then click 1.2.x. download a theme u like. but, when putting it on your forum, hit disable compatibilatie issues (or something like that)

Any 1.2.x theme will work really with any MyBB in the 1.2.x series. As patrick93 said, just "Ignore Version Compatibility" when you import it.
