Hey Mybb . Some skids that are either banned or i am not sure why just resolve my cloudflare ip using cloudflares resolvers and ddos me .


How can i prevent them to ddos me ? I looked it up and it was so easy to resolve my vps ip .Just go on a cloudflare resolver and enter the site url .


Cloudflare gave me those info but would love to hear more advices on how to prevent that.

Those sites are not doing anything special other than resolving the wildcard.

Any subdomain which is grey in the DNS will resolve to the origin server and should either be removed or changed to orange but only if it is not needed for the proper function of your site. This is especially the case for any wildcard which applies here.

I am not sure if that's the case . My host is good + ddos protected , It almost never goes down it's just really slow because of the huge attacks.

So there is no way to mask the ip or hide it ?
