hi every one

i am using mybb version 1.2.3 and i have a problem sending private messeges when i try to send it it gives me this error

Internet explorer can not open the internet site http://www.***.***.com/private.php?action=send operation failed

i had this problem in older version like 1.2.2 and 1.2.1 is well, its also appears for my forum members

but i did so what should i do

Can you try reuploading private.php?

why is your url in that format?  www.***.***.com?   Is your site a subdomain like site.domain.com?  If so then the front www maybe the error.

The file you should attempt to re-upload is in jscripts/autocomplete.js - make sure you're using a fresh 1.2.3 copy of the file.

If it doesn't work, delete jscripts/autocomplete.js and see if the page loads then - we'll then be able to establish if it is the same problem as before.
