I'm trying to find where are the templates for edit the login page of the ACP (the one for admins, not for members)

Can't find it

MyBB admin panel doesn't use templates system. what exactly you want to modify ?

I think he can't view the username and password fields, am i right?

The admin login form, I want to remove the text on the sides and make it as flat as possible.

You want to edit /admin/inc/class_page.php. More specifically, the show_login method.
