Two possibilities are mentioned in this thread. The first is for 1.6 and is a German plugin, but it also contains an English language file. The second is for 1.8, and I do not know whether it can be used for 1.6.
These give 10 or 5 members which longest online times. When you want a single extra line in your stats data, e.g. with:
Our member with the longest online time is xxxuserlinkxxx with xx hours, yy minutes, zz seconds
then a simple plugin can do that.
