is their a way i can setup so only one or more groups can see a menu and if your not in them groups you dont get to see the menu


say like this

Group: TVMsitemng
they can see
Admin - Users - Edit

Group: TVMsiteops
they can see
Users - Edit

Group: all others
they can see
Nothing in the menu bar

All users: chat: goes to Chat room
Admins: See whos online:link to new page to see what users are logged into chat thought admin system
Admins/mods/chat ops: Edit User: if the user and enter chat or gets banned from chat

basically you can use template conditionals plugin for adding groups permissions to view links
however your requirements are not clear for me. looks like you need custom work
And if you are comfortable in paying then you may have to hire an expert
