Hi

I've just setup my first forum and have my Moderators set so that any post has to be okayed by them, is there a way for them to be notified by email that a post has been made?

Thats what the forum subscription do... You (or any user) can subscribe to a forum and you will be notified, via PM or email as chosen by you, when a new thread is posted
