I installed the splash page plugin....Where in the bajesus do I find the template so I can adjust the settings and add a picture?!

In your admin CP, go to the Templates section in the navigation, then click on "Modify/Delete". Then, since this is a global template, expand the "Global Templates" section. It should be in there.

I wish it was, but it's not! Where else in the world could it be?!

Have you tried reactivating the plugin?

PS: You can always just Add a template named global_splash in your global templates There is nothing important in it really, just a demo.
