Get rid of that shoutbox. I never can understand why someone would have something in a forums to deter people from making real posts and threads. Get a new logo...and consider a better domain name too. I also don't like your on_off icons. I don't even know what they are.

@ zaher1988 any suggestion on the logo which i can make it better?
Personally i think the shoutbox should be removed, it draws people away from posting in the forums because its easier to use the shoutbox, if the shoutbox is removed you may get an increase in posts.
Just my opinion.
