This is a very basic question but how can I remove the tcat from the category section without also removing it from the Board Statistic section? Thanks in advance!

remove it from ACP >> Templates >> Forum Bit Templates >> forumbit_depth1_cat

the part to be removed is...

Don't remove the tcat. Instead, hide it:

<td class="tcat" width="200" align="center"><span class="smalltext"><strong>{$lang->forumbit_lastpost}</strong></span></td>

In some places, the tcat has more than one function.
