Keep getting this error when activating the following plugins..

The plugins work fine but the error shows on my admin page like this 




Any ideas on a fix?

Open the files mentioned by the warning(s) with an advanced text editor such as Notepad++ and change their encoding to UTF-8 without BOM.

Didn't work, I still get the error, any more suggestions I could try?
