Full Version: CSS editing?

I've been trying to edit the CSS of the default theme, but can't find the CSS file anywhere. Where is it located? (FYI, I want to edit the color of the links, and remove the underline.)

Admin CP -> Templates -> *Template Name* -> Expand -> css -> Edit

All of the neccessary css details will be there.
