now i want to add list of member of TOP reputations... TOP thanks, and TOP Posters to the sidebar.

this will be good if anyone tell me procedure.. if there is good plugin then this will best..

What do you mean it still is not compatible? What error do you get?

it is showing incompatible with mybb1.8
