@Pablo: Please create a seperate issue. Also IIRC there's also a setting to overwrite the ignore list, something like "Can send private messages though he disabled it".

IMO, it should apply for both reporting profile & reporting post content or it would be better to have two settings ..

There's also reputation, I think 3 settings wouldn't be viable. I'd rather see 1 setting for all reports, which could be used in plugins too.
Ok, so we either apply that setting to other places or create more settings? Can we push this then?
