how would I put a last visit on postbit like on my profile:

There are several options:

1. Make a separate plugin for this purpose;
   
2. Download and install the template conditionals plugin. Then you will need one or two additional lines in templates postbit and postbit_classic;
   
3. Add an additional line to inc/functions_post.php and the in ad. 1 mentioned additions to templates postbit and postbit_classic;
   

Please note that making changes to core files is not recommended. When you do not administrate these well enough, you may run into problems with installing new versions of MyBB.
