Hey there,
I am looking for a designer to design a custom theme for MyBB 1.8 along with a homepage.
So a little information about it. We are working on building a multiplayer RPG. Graphics can be provided for certain aspects of the design such as actual game content.
Graphic wise we are looking for a cartoonish style to match with the following in game art style

I am looking more for quotes, budget is flexible but as it's purely design I wouldn't really be looking to spend > $300
Skype is highly prefered as it's the main communication we use.
