I moved host, and instead of just drag and dropping everything and resetting some of the databases stuff up, I would just like to move the file that contains my preposted threads from my old website to the new website(different host), all the warnings I set up, all the account sign in information, xthreads options, and user profiles. What files would I move?

You'll need to log into PHPAdmin and take a full database backup of your old forum.

I advise not to do this. You end up with a large number of tables which are related to threads, posts, users, etc. and thus must be moved.
I would prefer moving a complete datbase backup.
