what to do

Look at your headerinclude template (ungrouped templates) and see whether there is no duplicate script file. Plugins sometimes add javascript script files which are already there, an that goes wrong.

exactly which version of MyBB you are using ? the theme you are using is not compatible with MyBB 1.8.x

you have to install & use a compatible theme for MyBB 1.8.x
