Hi,
I have use mybb 1.6.9. i have some problems in registration form password field is not showing when am submit form error are showing password criteria. Please help me how can i solve this.

You run 1.6 and this is a 1.8 forum.
But anyhow, it looks like a theme/template problem.
Look at your member_register template and see whether {$passboxes} shows just above the email input.
Then check whether your member_register_password template is complete.

You can also simply revert both templates to the default version.
