Is there anything i can do to make users to make their posts counted on a certain forums only?

Admin CP > Forums and Posts > Options next to your chosen forum > Edit Forum > Check or Uncheck

Yes, posts in this forum should count towards user post counts

Yes, threads in this forum should count towards user thread counts

Scroll down and save.
