How come it has that little no image like image above that? I have tried multiple things to get it to go away but can't.

I don't see anything wrong. Can you take a picture?

I'm looking at it in IE, try it there.

As below where it says (Level-1) it shows like the image as if the image cannot be loaded.

I think the problem is that the image doesn't exist

Im using IE and i can see the image perfectly.. what do you want to do?
