Hello i was going to make a post and forum/category area when you click comes to my hosting provider why is that? http://kiefs-clan.net16.net/index.php its for 1.8

your forum root folder has htaccess.txt file. rename it as .htaccess (there is a dot as prefix)

admin panel >> configuration >> settings >> Server and Optimization Options
--> Enable search engine friendly URLs? --> select disabled & save settings
