I'm trying to install this plugin: http://community.mybb.com/mods.php?action=view&pid=26 but I can't see anything in Configuration > Plugin, I tried several times but I can't make it works.
This is not the first plugin I install so I know how to install them correctly.
I'm working with MyBB 1.8
Does this plugin works on your system?

Isn't it in "Users & Groups" that you can find the configuration panel for this plugin in the left column ?

I have downloaded the plugin and installed it. Everything went smoothly, so I think you need to check it again.

If I go to Edit User > Avatar I can't see the option "..or select from Avatar Gallery", I put all the three folders (admin, images and inc) under public_html/Upload, is it right?

all those three folders go inside public_html folder not inside public_html/Upload
