So I just installed the announcement bars by OUGC and they are not showing up on my board. Can anyone recommend a solution?
No one can help me with this?

Doesn't showing up announcement bars in forum page, whether settings in ACP?

Figured it out...
Apparently when it says "set to 0 for unlimited" it really means "set to 0 for none to show up."
