Hi guys, when I minimize the screen I want my whole theme to be showed at the center and shrink. Here is a website as an example:  http://destek.mybb.com.tr/index.php

As you can see, no matter how much you minimize the window, you can see the whole content, theme becomes little. How can I do that?

That requires a responsive theme. This cannot be achieved by some css changes, but requires a complete redesign of the theme.
Search in the themes forum for responsive themes or mobile themes.

I worked so much for my theme so I don't want to change it. Is there any other way to make it as I want? If not, can you explain more details about how to redesign it without changing so much stuff?
