I would like to change the "Portal" on my navigation bar, to "Home".
As we have changed the other titles to this.
But I'm not sure how to change, or locate this..

ACP > Configuration > Languages > portal.lang.php > Edit nav_portal

Should do the trick. Edit the language variables if you wish to change anything else.
