So I am assuming that this theme is not compatible with 1.8, which I can understand. The buttons on my theme are gone and I have tried reverting the "codebuttons" template in the ungrouped section, but that hasn't helped.
Does anyone have the solution to this?

which theme you are using ? its better to use 1.8 compatible theme

I am using TeslaDark. I would prefer to use this theme, so is there anyway to fix it?

that is a premium theme. please contact the theme coder for updating it.
if you like to hire someone experienced to get it updated then you need to show theme purchase proof

^ well, support can be denied for using unpurchased premium themes
