how to fund in ftp

^ such sitemap is physically not available as a file.

then how I submit sitemap in Google webmaster

^ you can submit forumURL/sitemap-index.xml as the sitemap in Google Webmaster

(do not change anything at Google SEO plugin's sitemap settings)
