Where can I get a new file for this?
/inc/functions_user.php If anyone could send me a link/dl to it that would be great.

When I add this will it effect my forums anymore?

exactly which version of MyBB you are using and can you post the error you are getting
MyBB original files are available through Download section

I fixed it thanks though! I forgot I had a backup file from when I changed domain and webhost on my forums.
