Hi, that is FlatTembel v1 !
Theme Name: Flat Tembel
Version: v1
Author: SefaKaya
For: MyBB 1.8
Installation: Download the FlatTembel v1.zip. Extract files. Open FTP-Upload folder, copy the images folder to your forum' ftp base.(public_html or www..) Then, install the FlatTembelKarınca-theme.xml on Admin Panel.
