I have the following checked off in :
admin/index.php?module=user-groups&action=edit&gid=1#tab_forums_posts
Can view board? yes
Can view threads? yes
Can search forums? yes
Can download attachments? yes
because of the PDF being avail to the public. Apparently guests cannot see the threads or anything after that.. I cached the page since I am going to do all my setup on the default page. nothing, changed browsers, nothing can you advise me please?
