Hello
I have made some Group Promotion. Than I have run the Promotion Task from Task Manager. But my user have not promoted in new group.
One thing I have choose new group as Primary Group.
Can anybody please help to solve this problem ???

Show a screenshot of the specific promotion and also a screen of the task log.

1. Promotion System task is turned off as you can see by observing the icon. Turn it on.
2. You didn't provide any screenshot of the task log (View Task Logs tab). Provide at least 2-3 last page, but first check if it works after fixing the previous point.
