Could mybb 2.0 has a feature to add photo and smilies in Quick Reply?

Exactly, upload Photo and smiley.  Will be very useful in composing quick reply. Available in Xenforo too.

that would be nice too, but to put Full Editor in quick reply is overwhelming, IMHO

Just the "add photo" and "smilies" buttons are enough.
