I want a plugin that displays a users chosen banner on the header if they are the top poster of the last hour.
So it will work like this -
A user enters their banner image url in their profile section
If a user has mosted the most out of everyone in the last hour then their banner will be displayed on the header
If no one is the top hour posted or they do not have a banner then a default banner will be shown
So it will work like this -
