Hello everyone! I was wondering if anyone could help me, I wanna update my anime forum to 1.8 so I'm also changing the theme I was using before, to a new theme for 1.8 made by Finer, I already installed the theme and everything but I wanted to do some edits to it but I dont know how or even if its possible to do it

Its about editting things like the index where the forum list appear, the theme looks like this, (without editting):

What I want is to change the forums for rectangular images like this pic shows:

Is it possible to make it look like that? Kinda like a blog style.. And make the rectangular image be clickable, and make the Topics: and Posts: info appear next to the pic? Also add the status forum icon (the ones that shows if a forum has new threads, posts or if its locked and all those..) on the rectangular image, right lower corner like in the pic?

I tried doing it by editting forumbit_depth2_forum template, but I failed, I got something like this next pic:

For some reason the status icons are clickable, I tried to fix it but no success

You wrapped the status icon <div>s with the forumdisplay anchor too, you need to place the icon outside of it.
