SO, heres my issue.

My domain name is Yaxella.net -- If you were to visit the domain, it would take you to a "Thanks for downloading your own copy of MyBB!"

But, if I go to Yaxella.net/index.php it starts working.

Any help?

Delete from your root folder files named index.htm or index.html

Is this legit?

the html or htm extension takes precedence over the php file and hence the issue... it is safe to delete index.html or index.htm from your root folder...

Why wouldn't it be?

The problem is that you also uploaded the Documentation folder for some reason, including the mentioned index.html. All documentation files are recommended to be deleted.
