Hi,
I currently have MyBB installed, and working perfectly, as always here http://www.wiiroom.net my host now want to upgrade to the latest version of PHP (5.2.0.1 ) or something like that, will this affect any of the PHP pages on MyBB? Do I need to re-install?

It shouldn't - MyBB is tested and working in PHP 5.2.x. And PHP is only the processor so reinstalling is redundant.
