In filesize does not make sense, because avatars are really reduced to the size they have.
I will have a look tomorrow. For now it is getting too late for it (23:00 h here now), and an old man like me needs his sleep.

I had a quick look, and have not become very enthousiastic. MyBB knows several sezes of Avatars.
- The size in which it is stored
- The size in which it is shon in posts
- The size in which it is shown in the memberlist
- The size in which it is shown in user profiles
The way everything is programmed around importing avatars and to show them in the different situations is a desaster. So I decided not to spend my time on this.
