Ive added the mod but the header for it doesnt come up. Im using a custom theme.

It's been a while since I installed this mod, but don't you need to manually add that text to your template? It should state such in the read me!
EDIT: Yeah, luckily, I still have this mod on my computer! Here is what the read me says:
Quote:1) Open inc/languages/english/index.lang.php
2) Add:
$l['online_note_today'] = "{1} {2} active in the past {3} hours ({4} {5}, {6} of whom {7} invisible, and {8} {9}).";

at the bottom of that file before ?>
