Hello, I have code for a navigation bar that I want to add ABOVE the logo/header (very top of index page) and I'm having some troubles.

I know where to put the HTML code but, where do I place the CSS code?

ACP > Templates & Styles > Styles > Your theme > Global.css

Put your CSS at the end and save the changes.

I already did this. Didn't work for some reason.

That mean that either you didn't refresh your cache (CTRL + F5) or your changes are invalid.
