I read the instructions on what I'm supposed to do but I'm not sure exactly where I'm to put the values stated...
I'm new to this format and I'd love to know where to make these changes if anyone could help. Do I add the numbers as posted within the "<>" or outside of that bracket??

Right click the files in your ftp, and choose CHOMD, make it read and writable by all (Owner, Group, Other) so it is 666 or 777 (either works).
