I have a site for a Gmod DarkRP server and there is an add on I need, but it uses MySQL and not MyBB, is there a way I can still put it on the site or no?

Yes you can have both on the same site.

Do you know how i would implement the mySQL then?


In the FTP would I put it with the MyBB stuff or no?

This I do not understand.
MyBB only wotks with MySQL installed.

1. Install the addon first like any other addon that requires the mysql server
   
2. Create another mysql database & user, then install mybb forum on that separate mysql database
