I wanted to know if it possible to add less or sass support. It can be added by Euan T's guide or by adding option to add .less files instead only .css.
Hope it will be added. Until then, I'll have to add less files without the option to edit them through acp.
if it not possible, so you can maybe add the right hooks as in Euan T's guide so I can build plugin for this instead core edits.

We won't be adding LESS/Sass support in 1.8, but it is planned for 2.0.

That's certainly a possibility, I'll take a look at it and see if it can't be done with existing hooks.
