Hello, so I found that when ever you hover above a button or a thread the sidebar goes either up or down. 
I am not moving my mouses scroller at all.

Any idea on how to resolve this issue? Thank you.

Issue was in headerinclude file.

Jquery is probably trying to fire some kind of hover tool tip and failing hard at it.
