I want to add links on the footer, in the past I find a way to do it but now i cant see that.
which file i need to edit for that?

You need not edit any files to add links to your board footer. Instead, you need to modify the footer template from the admin cp.

ACP -> Templates -> Modify Delete -> *Template Set Name* -> footer
