How do you remove this bar on top of everytime your posting and just use BBCode Tags instead:

Only time I see it is removed is at the Square theme, but I want it for default
Which screen are we talking about? Bar on top of everytime your posting? A preview you get when you click the button "Preview", not earlier.
A Bar on top of everytime your posting. I want it removed on my forum so I can use BBCode tags instead.
You can still use bbcode tags if you wish, by clicking the last icon in the bar (view source), and making this default by setting this in UserCP. With a few minor changes you can make this default for everybody.
AdminCP -> Configuration -> Clickable Smilies and BB Code -> Clickable MyCode Editor -> OFF
This is the easy way
