I have forums for different ranked users such as  

I have a forum that only Posting Freaks can access.

So when a normal users sees . He doesnt even see the forum .

Is there a way that I tell the users That This forum is not available to the current rank ?

As you can see in the pictures that The forum Is Not Visible To Guests. 

Is there a way of telling them that its not available to those guys.

You could install an announcement plugin like:

http://community.mybb.com/mods.php?action=view&pid=2

Then it is possible to define global messages to certain user groups (like guests).
